i have installed bongo-project in debian, make new user beside admin. once i sent the mail to new user, it has reported that the message has sent. the sent report on sent item has been added on to. but when i refresh the page, the contain gone.

what it is all about?

my first tough that is cause from UI bongo ain't support.
my second tough that is the POP3 and SMTP not correctly work or maybe seted up...

what do you think?

Hi,

There are bugs in the web mail interface at the moment, and that may well be one of them.

In Bongo 0.3.1, SMTP and POP3 are both tested and working, so I don't think that's the issue - it's much more likely to be the web UI Sad

hi,

after i have worked out in debian, now i have trying bongo in ubuntu gutsy and it seem the bugs before nay come out like in debian.
the mail is sent and stay in the inbox...

but when i logged it out the entire mail is gone...

what do you think?

can we set it up on evolution mail? so we can know the protocol of SMTP and POP3 successful working

Yes, you can certainly set it up in Evolution - Bongo provides IMAP and SMTP for receiving and sending mail.

The web mail has a number of bad bugs in it at the moment, it's not totally a surprise to me that you're encountering problems with it, I'm afraid Sad
