I have installed rpath into :-

virtualbox => admin but no dragonfly user interface
vmware workstation => admin but no dragonfly user interface
1.2 gig pentium HD install => admin but not dradonfly user interface
3.0 gig pentium HD install => admin but not dragonfly user interface

I guess you can say i have tryed all types fo machines to install rpath bongo-project into, but i still cannot find or load the user login page. i can get the admin and i do get the Apache web page. but im stuck.. please let there be someone whom at least answers this email!!!

and please O`Lord get me my faith back in this project, because its slowly dieing away. because its never worked yet for me, and aleast the Rpath install should be the only one of the releases that should be garanteed to work first time every time. please O`Lord let them listen.

Hi Iclubs,

I am sorry you have had such a tough time. Unfortunately dragonfly is VERY VERY broken and it is being removed from Bongo completly.

We are in the process of building something new but it is taking time.

I hope you will allow us to get a new web mail front-end working before you write us off.

Thanks

I forget to add that I am also waiting fr the webUI so that I can move my business customers to Bongo. The backend has been stable for some time now. The C guys have been fixing some memory bugs to make it even better.

Thanks

I agree the back end seems ok.

the admin is very good too.

however as an idea cant you apply roundcube as the front face for the user its quick, simple and Ajax built, above all its stable.

You could offer it as an option during installation instead of dragonfly.

I will work on a solution for now but I am not promising anything.

I have other things that need my urgent attention.
